In de keuken van Floris we're well known for combining wine and dishes. Our focus is therefor: 65% food and 35% wines makes the total 100% experience (at least).
Besides searching for the perfect combination we also look for surprising and organic, bio-dynamic and even Vin Naturel producers. Honesty, pureness and respect for nature and her ingredients.
We try to make our guests experience different combinations. One will guide, the other will support and another will complete. Every dish needs something else and therefor it often leads to fun conversations between guests about our style of combining. Besides taste we also keep in mind to serve wine at the perfect tempature and glass type to create that perfect experience for you.
